Where is Velora based?

We're based in Sorsogon, a coastal province in the southern Philippines. It's a deliberate choice — Sorsogon has practically zero traffic congestion, its own geothermal power plant for reliable electricity, and a low cost of living that means our team members aren't stretched thin by housing and food costs the way workers in Manila or Cebu are. That translates to lower turnover, happier staff, and better service for you. We work during AEST business hours, so we're available in real time during your working day.

What tools does your team use?

We work with whatever your business already runs on — PropertyMe, Console Cloud, Xero, MYOB, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Shopify, and more. If there's a tool we haven't used before, we'll learn it.

How does pricing work?
